If, as a Student, you wish to cancel a confirmed enrolment made via the Site or the Application, either prior to or after the commencement of the Course, the cancellation policy contained in the applicable Listing will apply to such cancellation provided that no refund will be made in respect of services already provided. Our ability to refund the Course Fees and other amounts charged to You will depend upon the terms of the applicable cancellation policy. Details regarding refunds and cancellation policies are available via the Site and Application. Vaanahaa will initiate any refunds due pursuant to the Payments Terms.

If We cancel a confirmed enrolment made via the Site, Services, and Application, Vaanahaa will refund the Course Fees paid by the Student for such enrolment to the applicable Student pursuant to the Payments Terms which shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Student.

How can I get Refund if I am unable to attend your Event (except Summer Training Programs and Winter Training Programs)?

Vaanahaa offers 100% refund (Taxes and Internet handling fees will be charged) in case you inform us 72 business hours before the event starts. You need to write us at hello@vaanahaa.com, our executives will contact you within 48 business hours to guide you further to avail your refund.
Please note, no refund will be granted before 72 business hours from the event starting day.

How can I get Refund if I am unable to attend any Summer and Winter Training Programs?

Vaanahaa offers 100% refund (Taxes and Internet handling fees will be charged) in case you inform us 14 days before the event starts. You need to write us at hello@vaanahaa.com, our executives will contact you within 48 business hours to guide you further to avail your refund.
Please note, No refund/partial refund will be granted in case event is starting in less than 14days.

When can I get a refund?

Your refund shall be processed with 3-4 working days after the events end through bank transfer (Internet handling charges and taxes will be applied) or you can redeem 100% of your registration amount in next event with Vaanahaa.

How can I get Refund after purchasing a Kit?
