Born from an Industry Frustration
The Construction Years
Before Vaanahaa, we ran CPD Solar and Construction Works P LTD. As employers, we interviewed hundreds of fresh graduates but found it nearly impossible to hire them — they lacked every practical skill the industry demanded.
The Pivot to Education
We realized that if we wanted competent engineers, we had to build them ourselves. In May 2018, we pivoted from constructing buildings to constructing careers, and Vaanahaa was born.
