Refund Policy

Important Notice
Refunds are strictly limited to our Summer Cohorts and Core Technical Courses. All other services and digital products on the Vaanahaa platform are completely non-refundable.
1. Course and Cohort Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. For our live courses and summer cohorts, we have a structured cancellation and refund policy based on when you request the cancellation relative to the start date of the program.
More than 72 hours before start
Eligible for a refund, minus a fixed 25% cancellation fee.
Between 72 and 24 hours before start
Eligible for a partial refund, subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Less than 24 hours or after cohort has begun
No refunds will be provided.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Under no circumstances do we offer refunds for the following products and services:
- Premium 1-on-1 Mentorship Sessions
- Placement Score Diagnostic Runs (PRS)
- ATS Resume Builder Access
- Daily Arena Subscriptions
- Verified ID generation fees
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation and refund for an eligible course, please contact our support team immediately via email at hello@vaanahaa.com or via WhatsApp at +91 8272 949397.
Please include your full name, the email address used to register, and the specific course or cohort you wish to cancel. The timestamp of your email or message will be used to determine the applicable cancellation fee tier.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
